Trained young volunteers help you for free with technology and online services, at a hub or by phone.
What we can help with
- Online public services such as e-Albania
- Applications, forms and documents
- Online safety and spotting scams
- Phone, computer, email and internet basics
- Taking part in questionnaires, consultations and reports
Volunteers never ask for your password, SMS codes or money. They explain the steps so you can do them yourself, on your own device.
The hubs
Four hubs are being set up: three in rural administrative units and one in Fier. Locations and opening hours will be published here once confirmed. Meanwhile, ask for help by phone below.
