What is Fierinfo and who operates it?

Fierinfo is a platform for information and citizen participation in Fier. It is owned by ueb.al and operated in cooperation with Epoka e Re. It is not the official website of the Municipality of Fier.

How do I find a pharmacy, hospital or school in Fier?

Open Services and places and choose a category, such as Pharmacies or Hospitals. You can search by name, street, neighbourhood or village, see what is open now and, if you allow it, what is near you. Each place has its own page with address, phone, opening hours and map location where these are known.

How accurate are the opening hours and phone numbers?

The data comes from OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps and public official lists; places checked by the team or taken from an official list carry a badge. Hours can change, especially on public holidays, so call before you go. If something is wrong, choose Suggest a change on the place's page.

What are the emergency numbers in Fier?

State Police 129, Ambulance (National Emergency) 127, Fire service 128, Road Police 126. 112 can be dialled, but outside Tirana it does not yet work fully, so in Fier use the numbers above first.

Where can I get free help with e-Albania and online services?

Community digital hubs in Fier and the rural units offer free help from volunteers with online services, phones and computers. You can ask for a volunteer to call you back.

Can I report an issue without an account?

Yes. You can submit an anonymous report. Keep the private key provided after submission: it lets you track, correct or request deletion of the report. Do not share the key publicly.

Is my report published immediately?

No. The team reviews reports before publication. Only the approved version is published; private data and exact locations are not shown on the public map. A report is not an official request automatically submitted to the municipality.

How do I vote on the most important issues?

Sign in with a verified-email account and open the issues page. When a round is active, you can support up to three issues in that round. The round's dates and status are shown on the page.

How do questionnaires and my responses work?

Each questionnaire has a defined set of questions and response window. Responses are stored privately. Keep your response key to obtain a copy, make corrections or request deletion. Legal preservation restrictions may affect completion of an erasure request.

What happens to my views after a questionnaire or consultation?

After closing we publish what we learned, who follows it up and each later step on the You said, what changed page. When views are sent to the Municipality of Fier, the dossier shows when they were sent and its answer.

How do I exercise my data rights?
